New blue rubber mulch in Harrow

We installed some new blue rubber mulch at Grange Primary School in Harrow earlier this week.

Often made from recycled rubber, most often crumb rubber sourced from waste tires, rubber mulch is perfect for schools and playgrounds as it's elasticity makes it springy and safe for playing!

Tarmacking for the Honourable Artillery Company

We have just completed tarmacking in stone mastic asphalt for the Honourable Artillery Company in London.

The job involved planing off the old surface and relating new tarmac.

The Honourable Artillery Company is one of the oldest military organisations in the world and became a registered charity in 1964.

They provide support to the HAC Regiment of the Army Reserve, support to the HAC detachment of Special Constabulary of the City of London Police, support to the Benevolent Fund and ceremonial sub-units and conservation of the Company estate and treasures.

Rubber Mulch at Tower Hamlets

Recently we installed this earth brown rubber mulch at an outdoor open space in Tower Hamlets.

Rubber mulch chippings are a type of mulch made from recycled rubber, and are created by shredding old tyres and then processing the material to create small, uniform chips.

These chips are often used as a safety surface for children's play areas.
